The weaving process takes several hours and is done entirely by hand to ensure precision, durability, and finish. Therefore, production can take upto 10 days.

Once ready, delivery takes 3–5 days across India.

Yes, we offer limited customisation options, including colour mixes, feather colours, fringe colour and length, and strap length.

Store properly. When not in use, store your bag in a soft dust bag, laid flat or gently padded to maintain its shape. Avoid storing in extreme heat.

Clean gently. If needed, wipe lightly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash, soak, or use cleaning chemicals.

Handle with care. Rhinestone cords are delicate by nature—avoid pulling, stretching, or overloading your bag.

At Mesh, every piece is made to order and handcrafted, created specifically for you.

Because of the nature of our process, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

If your piece develops loose rhinestones or similar concerns with normal use, please contact us with images and your order details. Repairs are offered at our discretion and subject to feasibility.

Any applicable repair costs, shipping, and timelines will be communicated after assessment. Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture, excessive weight, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible.

Each Mesh piece is handmade, so no two products are exactly identical. That said, we take great care to ensure every piece remains consistent in design, colour, and finish, and closely resembles the product images.
